Signed-in members can report any profile, photo or message with the Report button. Anyone else can email us with: the location of the content, why you believe it is illegal, your name and email (optional for child sexual abuse reports), and a statement that the notice is made in good faith. We confirm receipt and tell you our decision.
When we restrict content or an account we give a statement of reasons. You can appeal within six months by emailing us; a different moderator reviews the appeal. You may also use a certified out-of-court dispute settlement body or go to court.
Where content suggests a threat to someone's life or safety, we inform the police. In an emergency call 112.
