Terms of Service

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter this agreement. One account per person (or per couple profile).

2. Your account

Keep your sign-in details secure. Information you provide must be truthful, and photos must be of you. You may delete your account at any time.

3. Prohibited conduct

• Anything involving minors, or sexualising minors.
• Sexual exploitation, trafficking, or commercial sexual solicitation (including buying sexual services, which is illegal in Sweden).
• Sharing intimate content without consent, harassment, threats, hate, fraud or impersonation.
• Scraping, automated access, or attempts to locate other members precisely.

4. Moderation

We may remove content or warn, suspend or ban accounts that break these terms or the law. We tell you the reason (a statement of reasons under the EU Digital Services Act) unless the law prevents it, and you can appeal by replying or emailing dsa@likem.se.

5. Meeting people

LIKEM does not run criminal background checks. Selfie review is not government-ID verification. Meet in public places and take care; in an emergency call 112.

6. The service

V1 is free. We may change or discontinue features and will give reasonable notice of material changes to these terms; continued use after notice means acceptance.

7. Liability

The service is provided “as is”. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Swedish or EU consumer law, including your statutory consumer rights.

8. Law and disputes

Swedish law applies. Consumers may also turn to the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN) or the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform, and keep the protection of the mandatory law of their country of residence.
